June 5 - 1st Annual Bike Run — BEAVER COUNTY A.B.A.T.E
Dear all Supporters,
We are busy planning the items needed for the Poker Run that is to be held on June 5, 2011.
Our menu for the day will be:
- Meatball Sandwiches (Sauce, meatballs, and buns),
- Pasta Salad,
- Vegetable Trays,
- Chip Dips, and
- Desserts.
We need your help!!! Please sign up to bring one of the items.
We are in need of volunteers for set up(8:30am)
- tear down from the school (noon)
- set up at the Hall (4:00)
- tear down the hall (9:00pm)
- serving the food (4:00)
- gathering donations
